It is the responsibility of both the lifter and their coach/handler to be familiar with all event details.

Official Meet Schedule
There are no early equipment checks or weigh-ins.
Saturday, July 26 @ Overload Gym:

Equipment Check: 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM

Weigh-ins: 9:00 - 10:30 AM (no exception)

Lifting: 11:00 AM to ~ 4:00 PM. Awards to follow.
Weigh-in: Conducted by lot # order (not first-come, first-served). Openers and Photo ID are required before stepping on the scale.
Admission & Parking:
- Admission Fee: $15 at the door (applies to everyone), purchase at the door with Overload Gym.
- Free Admission: Lifters of this meet, and 10-year-olds and younger.
- Parking: Please avoid parking in front of the Dance studio as they still operate during the weekend.
Pre-Meet Requirements
- Ensure your USAPL Membership is current (expires Dec 31, 2025). If you already have a membership, only renew - do not purchase a new one. [Renew Here]
- Submit your rack heights [Submit Here] if known on TSS racks. If not, they will need to be checked during equipment check-in.

Waivers, Coaches & Warm-Up Area

All individuals in the warm-up area must have either a valid USAPL membership or have signed the [USAPL waiver].

Anyone violating this rule will be asked to leave.

Personal photographers or videographers must remain in the audience area.
Cancellations or Withdrawals
