Refund policy


Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Custom-made items are non-returnable.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to post, depending on your bank.


Credit Card Fees

Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
  • Contact your bank for processing delays

Sale Items

Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Shipping Returns

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping will be deducted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for items over $75. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
