Shipping
Texas Strength Systems offers local pickup, ground shipping, and freight shipping. Custom shipping quotes are available for international orders including orders to Alaska and Hawaii.
Pickup
Pickups can be made from our fabrication shop in Falls City or our gym in San Antonio but if you would like to pick up in San Antonio, it may take additional time for us to transport the order there from our shop. Please email wes@texasstrengthsystems.com for more information.
*please note that after we notify you that your order is ready to be picked up, you have two weeks to contact us back. If after two weeks you have not contacted us back your item will go to the next order and your wait time may be extended.
Delivery Times
Shipping lead times can vary depending on the current volume of orders.
Shipping Insurance
Route Shipping Insurance can be added at checkout as a small percentage (~2%). This can be deselected if you do not want the coverage.
Freight versus Ground
Smaller items are usually shipped via UPS ground and larger items are typically shipped via UPS freight.
Pro tip: freight to residential locations is always more expensive than freight to commercial locations. It is always in the customer's best interest to try to have items shipped to commercial locations whenever possible. We can have items freighted to a terminal in your area to pick up as well which usually reduces the cost. Please email shipping@texasstrengthsystems.com if you are interested in going this route.
International Shipping (including Alaska and Hawaii)
For international shipping, we typically recommend finding a freight forwarder to handle the transit from the US to overseas. For inquiries you can also email wes@texasstrengthsystems.com. Be sure to include your full shipping address in the email.
