2025 USA Powerlifting Oregon State Championships (OR-2025-01)

General meet info email will be sent out approximately 1.5 months prior to the event for registered lifters.

The 2025 USAPL Oregon State Championships is open to all currently registered USAPL members & a 2025 Raw Nationals qualifying meet. 

Out-of-state* lifters will be categorized as guest lifters (qualifying totals can still be achieved by guests & they will be group together and placed by Dots).

*If your USAPL Membership card shown a non-Oregon address, you are an Out-of-state Lifter. Address change must be made via USAPL Memberhsip portal/webiste.

1. USAPL Membership (required): USAPL Cards can be purchased online at www.usapowerlifting.com. 

All lifters must have been drug-free for the past thirty-six (36) months.

There are Equipped, Raw with Wraps and Raw divisions.

Raw Lifting: As of September 1, 2007 “Raw” lifting rules require all competitors to wear a regulation one piece non supportive lifting suit. Wrist wraps and belts are OK.  Neoprene knee sleeves are OK. No other support gear is allowed. Only raw gear approved by USAPL is permitted. See www.USAPowerlifting.com

Drug Testing: You must be drug free for at least 36 months prior to the date of this meet to be eligible to compete. At least 10% of all lifters will be tested by urinalysis. Banned substances include but are not limited to anabolic steroids and growth hormones. The complete list of banned substances is available on the web site of the World Anti-Doping Agency (see www.WADA-ama.org).

Lifting Attire: All competitors must wear a one piece lifting suit or a wrestling singlet, shoes and a T-Shirt. All equipment must conform to USA Powerlifting rules. See www.USAPowerlifting.com for details.

2. Registration Timeline: 

Early Bird Registration deadline: October 31, 2024 - $125

Regular Registration deadline: February 22, 2025 - $150

Late Registration: from 02/23 to 03/08 - $175

Additional division: $25

Registration closes after March 8, 2025.

Meet Day: March 22nd, 2025

3. Meet Schedule (tentative): This will be a two-session, one-platform meet.

- Optional Early Equipment Check (not weigh-in): Friday, March 31.

- Weigh-in on 03/22, Session* 1: 7:00AM - 8:30AM / Session* 2: 1PM - 2:30PM

- Lifting starts at 9AM for Session 1, 3PM for Session 2.

*Sessions are breakdown based on gender, weight class & amount of lifters signed up.

4. Changes after signing up:

- Submit changes to weight class, division, team name HERE. Same link for adding division(s). 

We get over 100+ emails & can't guarantee that we receive your emails regarding changes, so please submit those changes per instruction above so everything can be in one place.

- Any division(s) add/changes or weight class change won’t be accepted within 2 weeks out from the date of the meet.
