- Date: October 18, 2025
- Location: Forever Strong Gym, Springfield, OR
- The 2025 USAPL Oregon Open III is open to all USAPL members.
- General meet info email will be sending out around 1.5-month out to lifters who signed up.
Requirements:
- Must have a non-expired USAPL membership on meet date (2025).
- All lifters must have been drug-free for the past thirty-six (36) months.
- No qualifying total needed for this meet.
- Lifting Attire: All competitors must wear a one-piece lifting suit or a wrestling singlet, shoes and a T-Shirt, deadlift socks for deadlift. All equipment must conform to USA Powerlifting rules. See www.USAPowerlifting.com for details.
- "TEAM": Any group of lifters competing as a team at any level of competition must be a team/club officially registered with USA Powerlifting. This mean if you're not in a USAPL registered Team/Club, please do not put anything under "TEAM". Only exceptions are School's name & University/College Powerlifting Teams. Please visit USAPL website to register your Team/Club.

Note: Raw-with-wraps division is for those who wear KNEE WRAPS to Squat.
Raw division includes wearing knee sleeves, wrist wraps, non-compressed singlet.

1. Roster:

- Sessions are typically assigned based on weight class and division.
- The 'Team' section on LiftingCast is only for active USAPL-Registered teams/clubs and Universities' teams, or team name will be removed 2 weeks from meet date. To add team name, 2025 USAPL team certification is required.
2. Schedule:
Date & Location: March 22, 2025, at Forever Strong Gym (5250 High Banks Rd, Springfield, OR 97478)
We've planned for this to be a one-day meet with two sessions and one platform.
**Session 1: Saturday Morning Session:**
* Check-in with equipment check at 7:00 AM.
* Weigh-in immediately after equipment check, to no later than 8:30 AM (no exceptions). Openers (first attempts) are required before weigh-in.
* Lifting starts at 9:00 AM and ends around 12:45 PM. Awards to follow.
**Session 2: Saturday Afternoon Session:**
* Check-in with equipment check at 12:30 PM.
* Weigh-in at 1:00 PM, to no later than 2:30 PM (no exceptions). Openers (first attempts) are required before weigh-in.
* Lifting starts at 3:00 PM and ends around 7:00 PM. Awards to follow.

- Present your USAPL ID and a photo ID (present birth certificate, school ID or passport if Driver License is not applicable to you).

- Weigh-in will be based on LOT# order (assigned approximately one week out), not first-come-first-serve.

4. Optional Early Equipment Check (not weigh-in):
Early equipment check is optional but recommended and will be on Friday, March 21, from 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM at Forever Strong. See Check-in process above.
5. Rack Heights:
TSS Combo Racks will be used. Please submit rack heights using the link below. If you don't know your rack heights, you can get them at check-in or early equipment check.

6. Warm-up Area & Waiver:
- Non-USAPL member coaches/handlers must either obtain a USAPL membership or sign the online waiver required by USAPL: [Click Here]
- Photographers/videographers must be in the audience area. Lifters and coaches who violate these rules will be disqualified.
7. Guest Lifters
- Out-of-State lifters will be assigned to the Guest Lifter Division on meet date. See rulebook for details.
- Guest lifters are not eligible for regular weight class & division awards but may set State and American records and earn qualifying totals for national meets.
- Guest lifters are subject to all normal rules of competition.
- We will have awards for Guest Lifters based on DOTS points.
9. Changes or Withdraw
