1. USAPL Rules:
There are 2 attachments below to explain when to go to the scoring table for openers and the next lifter attempts and why a lifter received a red light explanation (there are 3 different red lights a lifter can receive either red-red, red-blue or red-yellow)

2. There will be no early equipment check. However, please review:

ROSTER. Sessions are logistically breakdown based on gender, weight classes & division for an efficiently-run meet. If any requested session change due to personal reasons, Lifter will be put under the Guest division & is not eligible for award.
Session 1 (Saturday 08/24) & Session 3 (Sunday 08/25):
> Regular Check-in: 7AM. (USAPL ID & Photo ID (birth certificate or passport for Youth Lifters) are required. Show referees everything you're wearing on the platform)
>> Weigh-in*: starts at 7:30AM to no later than 9:00 AM (no exception). (openers are required before you go weigh-in)
>>> Rules meeting at 8:45 AM, lifting starts at 9:30 AM, and ends around 1:00 PM. Awards to follow.
Session 2 (Saturday 08/24):
> Regular Check-in: 1PM. (USAPL ID & Photo ID (birth certificate or passport for Youth Lifters) are required. Show referees everything you're wearing on the platform)
>> Weigh-in*: starts at 1:30PM to no later than 3:00 PM (no exception). (openers are required before you go weigh-in)
>>> Rules meeting at 2:45 PM, lifting starts at 3:30 PM, and ends around 7:00 PM. Awards to follow.

4. Admission ticket: (applies on everyone including coach & handlers, excluding Lifters): Our host, Battle Axe Barbell, is able to run a ticket special, 2 for 1 tickets for the next 100 tickets sold through eventbrite to help make sure the whole family comes out.
2 tickets for the price of 1. Make sure to choose the "2 for 1" ticket selection.
3. Rack Heights: TSS combo racks will be used for meet day, please submit them using the link. Since we don't have Early Equipment Check-in, we encourage you to input your rack heights now if you already know them and not wait until meet day. ALL TSS racks are built the same whether they are new or old.

Please remember it is your responsibility to follow the Rulebook. Any specific uncertainty about lifting equipment, performance rules, order competition, etc. can be easily found in the Rulebook by using Ctrl + F on your computer, or "Find on page" on your phone, or reach out to us with your questions so we can guide you.

7. Waiver, Coach & Warm-up area:
- Coach's wristband will be handed to you at Lifter's Check-in. The band only allows the coach/handler to be in the warm-up area, they will still have to pay an audience's ticket to get in the Expo.
- Each lifter will be allowed to have only 1 coach/handler in the warm-up area.
- If you have your own photographers/videographers, they must be in the audience area.
Lifters & Coaches who violate these rules will be disqualified from the meet.

9. Changes or Withdraw:
- Submit changes to weight class, division, team name HERE. Same link for adding division(s).
We get over 100+ emails & can't guarantee that we receive your emails regarding changes, so please submit those changes per instruction above so everything can be in one place.
- Any division(s) add/changes or weight class change won’t be accepted within 2 weeks out from the date of the meet.
