2026 USAPL Kentucky State Championships (KY-2026-01)

• This is a State-Level meet where American Records may be set.
• All officials are National or International-level referees.
• No jury will be present. Questions/concerns go to platform referees.
• Video evidence is not accepted for overturns at USAPL meets.
• Lifters must be familiar with USAPL rules and standards.
• Zero tolerance for Code of Conduct violations toward staff, lifters, teams, or coaches.

• Sessions and flights are assigned by weight class and division.
• The "Team" section on LiftingCast is only for USAPL-registered teams/clubs and university teams.
• Adding a team name requires a 2026 USAPL Team Certification.

Morning Session

• Check-in & Equipment Check: 7:00 AM
• Weigh-in: until 8:30 AM (openers required before weigh-in)
• Lifting: 9:00 AM – ~12:45 PM (Awards after)

Afternoon Session

• Check-in & Equipment Check: 12:30 PM
• Weigh-in: 1:00–2:30 PM (openers required before weigh-in)
• Lifting: 3:00 PM – ~7:00 PM (Awards after)

• Present USAPL ID + valid photo ID (birth certificate, school ID, or passport if no driver’s license).

• Weigh-ins follow LOT# order (see roster), not first-come-first-serve.

• $10 per person at the door (spectators & coaches).
• Free: Registered lifters in this meet.

Friday, Jan 30 | 6:30–7:30 PM
Equipment check only (no weigh-in).

• TSS Combo Racks will be used.
• Submit rack heights here: [Submit HERE]
• Do not enter "0," "No," "None," or "N/A" for bench safety heights.
• If unsure, set rack heights at check-in or early equipment check.

• Non-USAPL coaches/handlers must either obtain a membership or sign the required USAPL Waiver.
• Photographers/videographers must remain in the audience area.
• Violations = disqualification.

• Out-of-state lifters compete in the Guest Lifter Division.
• Guest lifters are not eligible for standard awards.
• Guest lifters may set State & American Records and earn National qualifying totals.
• Awards based on DOTS points.
