Timeline:
Early Bird Registration until April 29th: $100
Regular Registration April 30th to June 29th: $125
Late Registration after June 29th: $150
Meet Day: Saturday July 29th & 30th
Session 1 (Saturday): Equipment check & Weigh-ins - 7AM to no later than 8:30AM; Lifting - 9am to ~1pm (awards to follow)
Session 2 (Saturday): Equipment check & Weigh-ins - 1PM to no later than 2:30PM; Lifting - 3pm to ~7pm (awards to follow)
Session 3 (Sunday): Equipment check: 7 to 8:30am; Weigh-ins - 7:30AM to no later than 9AM; Lifting - 9:30am to ~1:30pm (awards to follow)
Equipment Check: Early equipment check is optional but recommended and will be on Friday 07/28 from 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM at Overload Gym. You will need to show us your current USAPL membership card (digital is acceptable), photo ID (DL, school ID, military/Police/fire ID if in Military/police/fire division, passport, birth certification if youth lifter, etc.) & everything you are wearing to compete. We recommend looking over the Lifters Handbook and New Lifter Tips on the USA Powerlifting site.
