Platform: One platform, two sessions (AM & PM) if we have more than 45 lifters sign up.
General Meet Standards

- This is a State-Level meet where American Records may be set.
- Lifters can qualify for Regionals & Nationals at this meet.
- All officials are National or International-level referees.
- No jury will be present. Questions/concerns go to platform referees.
- Video evidence is not accepted for overturns at USAPL meets.
- Lifters must be familiar with USAPL rules and standards.
- Zero tolerance for Code of Conduct violations toward staff, lifters, teams, or coaches.

- The "Team" section on LiftingCast is only for USAPL-registered teams/clubs and university teams.
- Adding a team name requires a 2026 USAPL Team Certification.

- Weigh-in: until 8:30 AM (openers required before weigh-in)
- Lifting: 9:00 AM – ~12:45 PM (Awards after)
Afternoon Session
- Check-in & Equipment Check: 12:30 PM
- Weigh-in: 1:00–2:30 PM (openers required before weigh-in)
- Lifting: 3:00 PM – ~7:00 PM (Awards after)
3. Check-in Process

- Present USAPL ID + valid photo ID (birth certificate, school ID, or passport if no driver’s license).

- Weigh-ins follow LOT# order (see roster), not first-come-first-serve.

- Oklahoma Residents: Registration Opens on October 1.
- Out-of-state Lifters: Registration opens on November 1.
- Early Bird Registration: $105 (Deadline – November 7th)
- Regular Registration: $135 (November 8th – December 31st)
- Late Registration: $165 (January 1st – January 31st, if spots are still available)

8. Warm-up Area & Waiver

- Non-USAPL coaches/handlers must either obtain a membership or sign the required USAPL Waiver.
- Photographers/videographers must remain in the audience area.
- Violations = disqualification.
9. Guest Lifters

- Out-of-state lifters compete in the Guest Lifter Division.
- Guest lifters are not eligible for standard awards.
- Guest lifters may set State & American Records and earn National qualifying totals.
- Awards based on DOTS points.
