Meet Overview:
1. This is a USAPL-sanctioned local meet, open to all junior high & high school lifters
2. This meet can be used to qualify for High School Nationals.
3. One platform, 1 session if 45 or less lifters; 2 sessions if over 45 lifters (AM & PM). Single-day meet.
1. Registration Timeline:

- Early Bird: $75 (deadline: January 15th, 2026)
- Regular: $100 (Jan 16th to Jan 31st)
2. USAPL Membership (required) & Divisions:
- USAPL Cards can be purchased online at www.usapowerlifting.com.
- All lifters must have been drug-free for the past thirty-six (36) months.
- Awards will be given to 1st – 3rd in each weight class.
Raw Lifting: As of September 1, 2007 “Raw” lifting rules require all competitors to wear a regulation one piece non supportive lifting suit. Wrist wraps and belts are OK. Neoprene knee sleeves are OK. No other support gear is allowed. Only raw gear approved by USAPL is permitted. See www.USAPowerlifting.com
Equipped Lifting:
- Suits & shirts must be made of a poly type material. Those made out of elastic material like Bench Daddies are not allowed.
- Knee wraps must not exceed 2m in length and cannot have velcro.
- Squat briefs are not permitted.
- A lifter may compete equipped in one lift and raw in other lifts if they choose.
- A t-shirt must be worn under the squat suit and it cannot be a compression shirt.
- USA Powerlifting Approved List for Supportive Gear (Equipped)
3. Meet Schedule:
There is no Early equipment check or Weigh-in.
Saturday, 02/07:
- Equipment Check: 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM
- Weigh-ins: 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM
- Lifting: 10:00 AM to ~1:30 PM (awards to follow)
Weigh-in:
Conducted by lot # order (not first-come, first-served). Lot numbers are assigned a week before the meet. Openers (first attempts for all three lifts) and Photo ID are required before stepping on the scale.

Free Admission: Lifters of this meet, gym members and 10-year-olds and younger.
