General Meet Standards

  • This local meet is open to all USAPL members.
  • General meet info email will be sending out around 1.5-month out to lifters who signed up.
  • All lifters must have a non-expired USAPL membership on meet date (2026). 
  • All lifters must have been drug-free for the past thirty-six (36) months.
  • No qualifying total needed for this meet.
  • Lifting Attire: All competitors must wear a one piece lifting suit or a wrestling singlet, shoes and a T-Shirt. All equipment must conform to USA Powerlifting rules. See www.USAPowerlifting.com for details.

  • The "Team" section on LiftingCast is only for USAPL-registered teams/clubs and university teams.

2. Tentative Schedule


Saturday, 8/29 

  • Check-in & Equipment Check: 7:00 AM
  • Weigh-in: 7:30 AM to 9 AM (openers required at weigh-in)
  • Lifting: 9:30 AM – ~2:45 PM (Awards after)

  • Present USAPL ID + valid photo ID (birth certificate, school ID, or passport if no driver’s license).
  • Show referees all platform equipment. Equipment Checklist [Click Here]
  • Weigh-ins follow LOT# order (see roster), not first-come-first-serve.

  • $15 per person at the door (applies for everyone including spectators & coaches). $10 for those wear a Kaged Barbell shirt to the meet.
