Requirements

Must hold a valid (non-expired) USAPL membership on meet day (2026)

All lifters must be drug-free for the past 36 months
-
No qualifying total required
Lifting Attire Required for all

All competitors must wear a one-piece lifting suit or a wrestling singlet, shoes and a T-Shirt, deadlift socks for deadlift.

All equipment must comply with USAPL standards
Team Information

Teams must be officially registered with USAPL

If you are not part of a registered team/club, leave the "Team" field blank.

Raw-with-Wraps: Includes knee wraps for squat

Raw: Includes knee sleeves, wrist wraps, non-compressive singlet
