I. Description:

The 2025 USAPL Hidden Strength Spring Brawl is open to all USAPL members.
II. Requirements:
- Must have a non-expired USAPL membership on meet date (2025). If you need to get/renew your USAPL membership, you can still register for the meet now, and purchase the membership on November 1st so that it covers 2025 as well.
- All lifters must have been drug-free for the past thirty-six (36) months.
- No qualifying total needed for this meet.
- Lifting Attire: All competitors must wear a one piece lifting suit or a wrestling singlet, shoes and a T-Shirt. All equipment must conform to USA Powerlifting rules. See www.USAPowerlifting.com for details.

 

III. General info:

When: March 29 & 30, 2025

Where: Hidden Strength Gym (1442 Arrow Hwy Ste. K, Irwindale, CA 91706)

This will be a one-platform, two-day with three sessions meet.

 

IV. Registration Timeline (meet shirt not included):

Early Bird Registration deadline: October 31, 2024 - $130

Regular Registration deadline: January 31, 2025 - $155

Late Registration: after 02/01 if spots are still available - $180

Additional division: $25

 

V. Meet Schedule (tentative): 

- Optional Early Equipment Check (not weigh-in): Friday, March 28 at Hidden Strength.

- Weigh-in on meet day: Session* 1 & 3: 7:00AM - 8:30AM / Session* 2: 1PM - 2:30PM

- Lifting starts at 9AM & ends at 12:30PM for Session 1 & 3, starts at 3PM & ends at 7PM for Session 2. We are always on time

*Sessions are breakdown based on gender, weight class & amount of lifters signed up.

VI. Changes after signing up:

For any meet change request including weight class, division, team name, etc.. Any division(s) add or changes or add won’t be accepted within 2 weeks out from the date of the meet.
