This meet is a part of the USA Fit Games Expo.
1. Meet info & Updates: Please please please make sure you review all information we have been sending out via emails. Since this is a "Reply to" email, you can find all previous emails below this one.
Updates:
A) We will not have Early equipment check-in due to the Convention Center being closed to the public so all vendors & events can start their set up.
B) Meet day: August 3rd.
Session 1:
> Regular Check-in: 7AM. (USAPL ID & Photo ID (birth certificate or passport for Youth Lifters) are required. Show referees everything you're wearing on the platform)
>> Weigh-in*: starts at 7:30AM to no later than 9:00 AM (no exception). (openers are required before you go weigh-in)
>>> Rules meeting at 8:45 AM, lifting starts at 9:30 AM, and ends around 1:00 PM. Awards to follow.
Session 2: no change to schedule.
2. Admission ticket & Expo Parking (applies on everyone including coach & handlers, excluding Lifters): Ticket info / Parking info
3. Rack Heights: TSS combo racks will be used for meet day, please submit them using the link.

Please remember it is your responsibility to follow the Rulebook. Any specific uncertainty about lifting equipment, performance rules, order competition, etc. can be easily found in the Rulebook by using Ctrl + F on your computer, or "Find on page" on your phone, or reach out to us with your questions so we can guide you.

7. Meet Shirt: If you or your family & friend would like to purchase a meet t-shirt and you have not got them when you registered for the meet, you can purchase them now on our website here: Santa Fe S.O.S Meet Shirt
Pre-order will close by end of day on Friday 07/12 so we have a ballpark amount to order the shirts. We will have a limited amount that you can purchase at the meet as well.
8. Changes or Withdraw: Please see www.texasstrengthsystems.com/pages/meets for any meet change request including weight class, division, team name, etc.. Any division(s) add or changes won’t be accepted within 2 weeks out from the date of the meet. If less than 2 weeks out, any changes to weight class will be after you weigh-in.
